Terms of service

**Who these terms are with.** This store is operated by Ondelle, a sole proprietorship registered in Portugal, NIF [NIF], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

**Eligibility.** You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order from this store.

**Products and descriptions.** We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its materials, dimensions and intended use. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product images are representative; where an image shows a use case or setting, it illustrates the product rather than forming part of what is sold.

**Not medical products.** Everything we sell is a cosmetic or grooming product intended for ordinary personal care. Nothing we sell is a medical device, nothing we say about it is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Powered devices ship with the manufacturer's instructions and contraindications, and you should read them. Manufacturers of microcurrent devices generally advise against use by anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, anyone pregnant, and anyone with epilepsy; LED devices carry guidance about photosensitivity and photosensitising medication. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product suits you, speak to a qualified professional before using it.

**Pricing and errors.** Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price, refunding you in full. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already accepted.

**Orders.** Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, and the contract forms at that point. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

**Payment.** Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

**Delivery and risk.** Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights regarding delivery.

**Returns.** Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these terms.

**Acceptable use.** Do not use this store for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and do not scrape, copy or republish its content without permission.

**Intellectual property.** The Ondelle name, logo, site design, product photography and written content are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

**Liability.** Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and where you are a consumer, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

**Governing law and disputes.** These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the country where you live, and nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country. EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

**Changes.** We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
