How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped to your destination with an estimated delivery window shown on every product page. Standard delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the EU, Australia and New Zealand typically falls within the range stated at checkout. We publish conservative estimates deliberately, so most orders arrive at or before the stated window.
Do you ship to my country?
Skintric Labs currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand, with a flat rate to most other destinations. You can confirm availability by entering your address at checkout, where shipping options and costs appear before any payment is taken. We add new destinations as we can service them reliably.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order over $75, applied automatically at checkout with no code required. Orders under $75 pay a flat rate of $6.50 to the US, UK and EU, and $9.75 to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shown before you pay. Anywhere else is a flat $14.00.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipping outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are not included in the price paid to Skintric Labs. These charges are collected by the carrier or the customs authority at delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. Duty thresholds vary by country, so check your local allowance if you are ordering a higher-value bundle.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, with a link to follow it. If tracking has not updated for several days, that is usually a scanning gap in transit rather than a lost parcel. Contact us with your order number if it has been more than a week without movement and we will chase it.
Can I return something?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return any item for any reason, provided it comes back unused and in its original packaging with seals intact. Customers in the EU also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery that applies regardless of our policy. For hygiene reasons, opened gels and anything that has contacted broken skin cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, Skintric Labs covers the return cost and sends a prepaid label. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange it.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return arriving with us. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to display the credit. We email you as soon as the refund is sent from our side.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number — orders can usually be changed or cancelled within the 1–2 business day processing window before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the 30-day policy once it arrives.
Are these tools safe to use at home?
Every tool we sell is designed for at-home use and ships with usage instructions. Follow the recommended frequency rather than exceeding it, keep tools clean between uses, and stop if you notice irritation. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product suits you, check with a qualified professional before starting.
Are there reasons I should not use a microcurrent or LED device?
Yes. Manufacturers of microcurrent devices generally advise against use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy, and LED devices carry their own guidance around photosensitivity and photosensitising medication. Read the instructions that ship with your device and speak to a qualified professional if any of these apply to you.
How often should I use a gua sha or cryo tool?
Most people use a gua sha tool daily or every other day, in short sessions of a few minutes, always with a facial oil or serum so the tool glides rather than drags. Cryo globes and rollers are typically used for a few minutes in the morning on clean skin. Consistency matters more than duration or pressure.
Will these products work for my skin type?
Our tools are designed to suit most skin types, and each product page lists the materials and what the product is intended for. Tools like gua sha and cryo globes work mechanically rather than chemically, so they are broadly tolerated. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, introduce anything new gradually and stop if you see irritation.
What results should I expect?
These are cosmetic and routine products, not treatments, and we describe them that way. Tools like gua sha and cryo globes are used for their immediate smoothing and de-puffing feel, and any visible benefit comes from consistent use over weeks rather than from a single session. We do not claim medical outcomes and would be suspicious of anyone who does.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Shopify's PCI DSS compliant checkout over an encrypted connection, and Skintric Labs never sees or stores your full card details. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and all major cards are supported where your device and region allow them. If anything about a payment looks wrong on your statement, contact us with your order number and we will trace it.
