Cryo globes are solid stainless steel massage balls kept in the fridge and rolled over the face to lift puffiness, calm redness and tighten the look of the skin. Three minutes is the whole routine, there is no technique to learn, and nothing to charge or replace. For mornings when you have very little time, this is the fastest visible result in the range.

What do cryo globes do?

Cold constricts. Fluid that pooled around the eyes and along the jaw overnight starts moving, redness settles, and skin looks tighter and brighter for several hours. It is the principle behind the cold spoon, executed properly: solid stainless steel heads hold the chill far longer than glass and will not crack if you drop one, and at 30 mm they are small enough to work the eye socket and the side of the nose as well as the cheek.

How to use cryo globes

  1. Store them in the fridge so they are ready every morning.
  2. Apply moisturiser or facial oil first — never use them on dry skin.
  3. Roll outward from the centre of the face towards the ears.
  4. Work down the sides of the neck to clear the drainage line.
  5. Three to five minutes in total.
  6. Wash with soap and water, dry fully, and return them to the fridge.

What results can you expect?

A calmer, flatter, brighter face within minutes, holding for several hours — reliably, every time, with no learning curve. That makes cryo globes the ideal morning and post-flight tool, and a natural partner to the slower firming work of a microcurrent device such as our Contour Wand. Many customers run both: globes for the instant result, microcurrent for the weeks-long one.

Safety notes

Not for use on broken skin, sunburn or an active flare. Proceed gently if you have rosacea or visible capillaries, and test a small area first. Do not use if you have a cold-triggered condition such as cold urticaria or Raynaud's. Ten minutes in the freezer before use is fine, but do not store them there — freezer-cold metal on bare skin is uncomfortable and no more effective.

Common questions

How long before I see results?
Cooling and massage tools — gua sha, cryo globes and rollers — show a visible difference the same morning, and that effect holds for several hours. Powered devices such as microcurrent and LED build over six to eight weeks of near-daily use and are maintained by keeping the habit. Most customers use one of each: an instant result for the mornings that matter, and a cumulative one for the months ahead.

Do I need anything else to use it?
Microcurrent and EMS devices need a water-based conductive gel, because the current cannot travel without one and oil-based products block it entirely. Gua sha tools, rollers and cryo globes work over any facial oil or serum you already own. LED devices are used on clean, bare skin with nothing underneath.

What if it is not right for me?
You have thirty days to return it, opened or unopened, and no explanation is required. Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover; if an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover it and send you a prepaid label.

Is this a medical device?
No. Every product on this site is cosmetic. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and every powered device lists its full safety notes on its own page so you can choose the right one with confidence.
