The Neck & Jaw Wand is a red light, heat and EMS device shaped specifically for the jawline and neck — the areas most facial tools are not built for. Its concave head sits along the jaw and follows the curve of the neck, so contact stays even where a flat device skids. Six modes, four intensity levels, and a 98 g body that travels easily.
What does the Neck & Jaw Wand do?
Warmth up to 45 °C is the part you notice first: it relaxes a jaw that has been clenched all day and helps a cream absorb rather than sit on the surface. Microcurrent (EMS) along the jaw and under the chin does the slow, cumulative firming work. Seven light colours, of which red at 640 nm is the one that matters most for firmness, with blue for blemish-prone skin. Vibration runs underneath to keep fluid moving along the neck.
How to use a neck and jaw device
- Cleanse the neck and jaw thoroughly.
- Apply a cream, serum or conductive gel — never use it on dry skin.
- Glide upward from the collarbone to the jawline.
- Then work from the chin outward along the jaw towards the ear.
- Five to ten minutes. The device shuts off automatically at fifteen.
- Wipe the head dry and recharge over USB-C, around three hours.
How long before you see results?
The warmth and the de-puffing show the same evening, which is the immediate reward. The firming effect is cumulative, building over weeks of near-daily use and holding while the habit continues. What this device improves is fluid retention, muscle tension and the look of slack skin along the jaw and neck — the three things that make the area read as tired.

Safety notes
Do not use if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any implanted electrical device. Not for use during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy, a heart condition, metal implants or plates in the face or neck, or an active infection or broken skin in the area. Do not use over the front of the throat if you have a thyroid condition, and avoid the carotid area at the side of the neck. Avoid the area for two weeks after filler or toxin. Do not use the light if you take photosensitising medication — isotretinoin, doxycycline, some antidepressants, St John's wort — or have a photosensitive condition, and keep it away from your eyes. If you are unsure, speak to a doctor. This is a cosmetic device, not a medical one, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Common questions
How long before I see results?
Cooling and massage tools — gua sha, cryo globes and rollers — show a visible difference the same morning, and that effect holds for several hours. Powered devices such as microcurrent and LED build over six to eight weeks of near-daily use and are maintained by keeping the habit. Most customers use one of each: an instant result for the mornings that matter, and a cumulative one for the months ahead.
Do I need anything else to use it?
Microcurrent and EMS devices need a water-based conductive gel, because the current cannot travel without one and oil-based products block it entirely. Gua sha tools, rollers and cryo globes work over any facial oil or serum you already own. LED devices are used on clean, bare skin with nothing underneath.
What if it is not right for me?
You have thirty days to return it, opened or unopened, and no explanation is required. Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover; if an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover it and send you a prepaid label.
